What We Do
Since 1979, the Ranginui No. 12 Block Trust has embarked on an incredible journey of growth and unity. It all began with a visionary plan by Turi Te Kani and Bill Ohia, who transformed our Maori Land from its previous use for maize, gorse, and peppercorn grazing into a thriving hub for the Kiwifruit Industry. As we look back on our remarkable history, we can't help but feel a sense of pride and excitement for the future.
Our Mission
The vision for Ranginui No. 12 is to stand as a prominent Māori Trust, boasting a versatile asset portfolio that empowers its shareholders through housing, employment, education, health, and overall well-being opportunities. Our commitment is to oversee the trust's assets with utmost responsibility, ensuring the preservation of the land and the growth of these assets to benefit the generations to come.
“Ranginui 12 Trust will create an aligned, motivated and healthy environment in which our shareholders and descendants can thrive and directly impact the organisations success.”
